Step 6. Putting a plan in place tailored to you, giving you tools and techniques and supporting you to live a more fulfilling life.

My preference is to meet in person at the outset of the coaching relationship to build a rapport, however skype can also be effective if you are not living locally. Sessions are typically one hour in duration, and for the full coaching programme, fortnightly over a three month period. However this may vary depending upon client needs.
Some clients may just want a “sanity check” – I am happy to listen and offer more of a mentor type service, sharing any information I can from my journey that might help yours. This may just take an hour or two.
Whilst I am primarily focused on the fertility area I am happy to take on clients with any coaching needs.
